Design of the AI Brain
As Artificial intelligence becomes an integral part of everyday life with widespread applications in all fields, there are genuine concerns about its possible dangers and the role of ethics and spirituality in its creation and application. Towards the goal of examining these aspects, the structure of an artificial intelligence system, specifically the design of the AI brain known as the “Reward Function”, will be discussed. Methods of incorporating the very best of humanity in the design of this new man-made species will be investigated. The most complete collection of the spiritual laws of our universe from all human civilizations and how to incorporate these into new AI systems from the very start will be investigated during this short, yet fascinating lecture.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER STEVEN D. KELLEY
Steven D. Kelley is an AI Researcher, Electro-Optical engineer, laser pioneer, and inventor.
Starting in the seventies, and into the eighties, Steven worked for several high tech electro-optical manufacturing companies rising from technician to senior engineer, Quality control manager, and production control manager. Much of the computer technology we take for granted today was at one time a DARPA project that I ran. Back when the USA was the only country able to manufacture semi-conductors, all computer technology came from one company, Perkin-Elmer.
Steven worked for the Micro-align division that created all micro-photo-lithographic systems to produce semi-conductor wafers, as well as the E-beam systems used to create ultra high resolution masks used during the exposure process. Today these same systems are used to modify electrons in a Quantum computer node (Qnode) To create the physical algorithms used to produce the results in quantum computing.
By understanding laser interferograms, and interference patterns we can begin to understand how these algorithms work. Most recently Steven was involved with a private effort to develop scalar programs, and new methods of transmitting scalar programs over a great distance using a semi-conductor laser.
Steven is a master teacher who can describe this complex Quantum technology in a way that is easy to understand, and able to provide valuable insight that is not found from any other speaker on the subject. He will explain the Quantum concepts of Control, Superposition, Quantum entanglement, and interference.
